CDE Software Remote Support

Instructions for allowing CDE Technicians to connect to your computer remotely:

  • CDE's support staff will give you a 6 digit code. Enter this code on the page below.
  • Click the "Connect to technician" button on this screen.
  • Follow the instructions as presented. You may be requested to download and install a small application which allows the remote connection to happen. This is secure and can only be made when you are present and during a support session.
